Mr. Subhrajit Dutta

Subhrajit Dutta (Subhro), is a high–performing communications professional with 17-plus years of experience in managing, implementing and training Internal and External Communications, Strategic Marketing Communications, and Corporate Branding through Social Media.

Subhro has two Post Graduation degree in communications— Master’s Program in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, India (2003), followed by Master’s in Mass Communication from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore (2010)—both schools are highly ranked in communications. He was granted the prestigious J.N.Tata and Sir Dorabji Tata scholarships in the year 2009 to pursue higher studies abroad.

Subhro has been engaged with renowned UK and US based universities and other educational institutions. He has taught/trained more than 4000 students in India, Nepal and Bangladesh in top ranking organizations. He has conducted communication workshops for foreign bureaucrats, leading banking and corporate brands.

Before transitioning to education, Subhro has worked in sectors like Advertising, Public Relations (PR), Petrochemicals, Automotive, Business Consulting and Education having been engaged with top companies like Accenture, Ogilvy, Johnson & Johnson, Haldia Petrochemicals, DuPont, Mahindra & Mahindra and RKU (Ramoji Flim City) and Government of Singapore on a Communications project involving PUB, Singapore’s national water resources agency. Subhro’s last full-time assignment was at Adamas University, Kolkata as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department – Communication Management.
